Anthony Cornacchia

Anthony Cornacchia is a licensed real estate Broker® with CQ Realty Group, based in Boston’s Seaport. Originally from Leominster, Anthony has built his career in Boston, bringing deep regional experience and a well-rounded understanding of the city’s diverse neighborhoods and evolving market trends.

In addition to his work in real estate, Anthony has practiced law for nearly a decade. He holds a J.D. from New England Law | Boston and earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Fitchburg State University. His legal background spans both transactional and litigation work, including relevant real estate work with residential closings, probate administration involving real property, commercial lease negotiations, Housing Court litigation, property disputes, and other Land Court matters. This legal foundation, combined with his general knowledge of the national, regional and local real estate market, allows Anthony to offer clients a comprehensive and informed approach—ensuring every transaction is handled with precision, confidence, and attention to detail.

Anthony is deeply committed to client service. He takes the time to understand each client’s goals, whether they’re buying their first home, selling an investment property, seeking development opportunities or searching for the right commercial space. Known for his practical advice, clear communication, and results-driven mindset, Anthony works tirelessly to make the process smooth, efficient, and successful. Outside of CQ Realty Group, Anthony is the principal of Boston SMB Associates PLLC and an active small business owner in the Greater Boston community. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
