Anthony Durante

Anthony brings a razor-sharp financial acumen to his clients, boasting more than a decade of experience as a public accountant and auditor, specializing in closely held businesses across various industries. He holds both a Masters of Professional Accountancy Degree and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Miami. His extensive background as a CPA is a remarkable asset to his clients, enabling him to translate numbers and returns for commercial buyers and investors.

In addition to his financial expertise, Anthony served as the Chief Financial Officer of Capital Living and Rehabilitation Centres in Schenectady, New York, for over 13 years. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in securing financing, overseeing construction, and driving the development of a significant project – a $40 million, 163,000 square foot, 240-bed residential health care facility. While his primary focus was on financial matters, his work within the long-term care sector provided him with comprehensive insights into property management. His analytical skills, combined with years of hands-on experience, led him to obtain a real estate agent license in early 2019.

Beyond his professional achievements, Anthony is a truly community-minded individual. He serves as the president of the board for The Visiting Nurses of Albany. Additionally, Anthony is an active member of the board of directors of Albany Medical Health System as well as The Boys and Girls Club of Schenectady. In his leisure time, he enjoys coaching his son’s sports teams, indulging in his passion for sports cars, playing golf, and engaging in thoroughbred breeding and racing.
