Anthony Eugenio

Anthony “Tony” Eugenio has closed over $1 billion in real estate as an investment advisor and attorney and is now Director of Investment Property for The Presidio Group. He also is a principal in AWE Development Company, L.L.C. and the Law Offices of Anthony W. Eugenio.

Mr. Eugenio earned his B.S. degree from the University of Oklahoma and his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from Southern Methodist University. He is a certified public accountant. He was an adjunct professor at Texas A & M where he taught corporate and partnership tax. He also has lectured on real estate law before various CPA and real estate groups.

Mr. Eugenio is a member of the San Antonio and American Bar associations, State Bar of Texas, and is board certified in commercial and residential real estate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He was a partner in the law firm for Barton & Schneider, L.L.P., where his practice was concentrated in real estate law. Mr. Eugenio is a licensed real estate broker.
