We received a flyer in the mail from Anthony and Todd a few weeks ago. We called them to discuss listing a property we own in Cathedral City. From the initial call I had with Todd he made me feel at ease about what the process would be and we agreed to meet at the house just a couple days later to go over details. We met with Anthony and he was very prepared. He provided a very detailed and informative Market Analysis booklet that we went over page by page so we understood the entire process needed to list and sell the house, and what to expect at time of closing. We are having our first open house tomorrow. Both gentleman have been right on top of every question or concern we had, and return calls in a very timely manner. The really listen and give great advice to help resolve any questions. Anthony was able to give us names of local companies to assist with the preparation of the house before it was listed, including cleaning, repairs, and large item removal. With all these positive experiences, we have all the confidence that the house will sell quickly and look forward to taking the next steps with them to also find another property to purchase in the Palm Springs area.

Anthony and Todd did a great job in finding us a condo in Palm Springs. We placed several offers but due to not the best inspections we backed out of our offers. This did not phase them at all. It was more important to them that we found the right condo than in making a quick commission. They are so honest and have so much integrity. We loved working with these two and highly recommend them for your real estate needs.
