Anthony is the BEST realtor! As an out of state investor, I rely on my realtors to know all areas of the city. We looked at tons of properties throughout the Richmond area. After each one, Anthony gave me his honest opinion and feedback on the property as an investment(area, structure, pricing). As an investor, it is important to trust my realtor. Anthony is extremely trustworthy, helpful, caring and patient. I can’t say enough good things about Anthony! In addition, he has an amazing network of inspectors, contractors and other industry professionals to assist you with your needs. I had a couple of items that needed completed post sale and Anthony was there to assist! He even went to the property with the contractor! I could go on and on, but if you are looking for a realtor he is you guy!

This is the third time we have worked with Anthony Jackson. Anthony was both our listing and buyers agent. He was great at both. As the listing agent, Anthony was thorough in his research of our neighborhood. He listened to our ideas on our home's worth and why we came to our conclusion. With his research and listening to our ideas, Anthony gave a fair and honest assessment of our home's value. With a bit more conversation and understanding, we listed our home with a price we felt comfortable with and excited about. Our home sold in just over 30 days. During the process, Anthony managed our expectations, never overpromising, and communicated with us on a regular basis. As our buyers agent, Anthony really listened and helped us to determine our wants and needs list. This was extremely important since we were trying to buy a new home during the holidays and panic began setting in when we were having trouble finding a new home. He also pointed out when we were straying from our wants and needs list. This kept us on track and not settling for a house we didn't want due to impatience. We highly recommend Anthony Jackson and Jackson Realty and will continue to use them in the future!
