About Anthony

Anthony Kent is Broker in Charge and President of Cothran Homes division, overseeing the sales, marketing, and design functions of the homebuilding division. Since 2010, Anthony has been instrumental in the growth and development of Cothran Homes, the Upstate’s premier developer of multi-family, residential subdivisions and townhome developments. He joined the Cothran organization in 1997 where he developed several multi-million dollar commercial renovation and leasing projects and worked in commercial, retail, and Class A office properties before shifting his job responsibilities to growing the Cothran Homes division. Anthony attended Clemson University and earned his B.S. degree in accounting (1997) and his M.B.A in Finance (2002).
