Let me start this review by saying this: If I could give Anthony 100 stars, it wouldn’t be enough. Across the board, he was the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. He’s extremely detail-oriented, always being proactive, and an amazing communicator. If you don’t read the rest of this review, and you just want to know “Is he good enough to help me?” No matter what your circumstances are, the answer is “Yes!”.

My wife and I are both remote workers since the pandemic, so we decided it was time to move out of New York, and Atlanta became our destination. Obviously, I was watching YouTube videos trying to learn more about Atlanta and its real estate market — and that’s how I found Anthony. He had really great videos on all different aspects and areas of Atlanta. I reached out to him because of his content, and I got a response right away (and he was on vacation!). We got on a call super fast, and from that point forward he was on top of every little detail that went into the big job of helping us relocate 1000 miles from home.

Our process took a good 6 months, and Anthony never made us feel like we were a lower priority because of our timeline. He was in it for the long haul. We came down to Atlanta to explore the city, and he took a ton of time to show us around and take us to a bunch of houses, knowing fully well that we weren’t ready to make an offer yet. He didn’t care — he just wanted to be helpful.

Once we officially decided we were ready to move, Anthony worked with us to help find the right property and connect us with an amazing mortgage broker. Anthony did virtual showings with us, and he was SUPER detail oriented — making us feel like we’d been in every inch of the house ourselves. He never once tried to force something on us — but instead called out things he thought we wouldn’t like, because his #1 goal was making sure we found the right place.

We found a house, made an offer, negotiated, and landed exactly where we wanted, at the price we wanted. Anthony was fantastic during the negotiations, and made every step of the process of closing on the house extremely easy. My wife is a very detail-oriented person who has a hard time letting other people handle them, but with Anthony she never once questioned that he had everything under control. That is RARE, let me tell you!

So, regardless if you have an out of state move, or if you’re looking to move within Atlanta, you can’t possibly go wrong with Anthony. He’s not only a fantastic realtor, but also just an all-around awesome guy. I can’t possibly say enough good things to cover how great he was. 100 stars+.

I was researching a new construction subdivision in which I was interested in purchasing and stumbled across Anthony via a YouTube video he made about the subdivision. Anthony's video showcased the subdivision and information specific to different lots in the neighborhood. I reached out to Anthony at a time when no lots were even available because I was interested in working with a realtor who had knowledge of my specific builder and neighborhood. Best decision ever! Anthony was indeed knowledgeable and stayed in contact with me via text, calls and email. When lots became available, we were easily able to get under contract for our new build. Anthony's real estate knowledge has helped me ask the builder questions I didn't even know should be asked. Since then, Anthony also helped us sell our home. He ensured we knew every step of the process and coaxed every bidder into submiting their best offer. We were very satisfied with the closing of the property. All that is left is to finish construction on our new home. If you're looking for a true closer who will stay in constant communication with you, Anthony is the realtor for you!

My husband and I decided to relocate from New Jersey to Georgia. We began researching online for a vacant lot or house in the Alpharetta and Johns Creek area. After watching a few videos on YouTube we found Anthony LaBorde. Anthony’s videos caught our attention immediately. He was shooting from a Toll Brothers subdivision that we were interested in seeing. He seemed to be having fun in the video while providing valuable information about the Atlanta Metro area. In February 2021 while still living in New Jersey I contacted Anthony about a subdivision in Woodstock. He went to the building site to ask questions about the procedure to buy a lot. We continued to reach out to Anthony with questions regarding many different subdivisions in many different cities. Each time we watched his videos we realized he was knowledgeable in more than just the housing market – he provided details about different builders, surrounding cities, county benefits for retirees and other information that was important to us. In December 2021 we moved to Georgia and met Anthony in person. He was so easy to talk to and his warm personality was exactly what we felt while watching his YouTube videos. My husband and I always felt comfortable discussing any of our concerns with him. A few months later we bought a beautiful house in a desirable subdivision. Anthony was there for us through the whole process. We love our new home and gained a friend at the same time. Thank you Anthony! You made the process of finding a home effortless.

Anthony has helped my family relocating out of Atlanta. I’ve reached out to him after seeing one of his YouTube videos. I called him up and had a little chat, we discussed all the requirements I was looking for in a house and he understood exactly all of my needs. It gives us great pleasure to be writing a review for Anthony. Our experience with Anthony was just amazing from start to end with he helping us all the way with our cross country move from California to Georgia 2 months ago. By taking in tons of our questions and requirements as input, he was very quickly able to narrow down our search to a handful of cities. He was able to get us our dream home in one of the best Atlanta suburbs so quickly. Even during the loan closing process, he got all the inspection items fixed and made the whole transition of us moving to Georgia so smooth and easy. Even 2 months after we have moved in, he is still helping us get good contractors so quickly for some improvements we are currently getting done. He is the most active, energetic, responsive and fun agent I have ever come across so far. He is truly the best.

Since I sent Anthony my first question on his YouTube channel, he's been nothing but helpful. We first wanted to rent, so he showed us a couple of houses. He asked about buying and after some clarification on the process time-wise we decided that it made sense.
Since it was our first time doing such a big purchase, we had a lot, and I mean, A LOT of concerns and doubts. Anthony walked us through the entire process even explaining things that would be something that everybody would know and we didn't because we're not from here (USA).
For the 2 weeks we took to find the one we wanted, he went to every single visit with us, commented on his thoughts on the conditions of the house, red flags, green flags and such.
We were very anxious and Anthony calmed our nerves every time something would come up as a huge problem for us when in fact it was not.
It was a relatively fast paced timeframe, but mainly because we were really eager to move.
We had some repairs to do and didn't have a single idea of how much everything would cost, fortunately, Anthony pointed out that the quotes we were getting were waaaay above the normal and recommended getting at least 3 options, referring to some companies he already had worked or knew they would give an honest estimate.
All in all, we are really happy with the house we got and all the patience Anthony showed during and even after the purchase (he's still answering our messages with silly questions). Thanks Anthony! You've done an amazing job!
