Anthony Navarro

Anthony Navarro’s intuitive yet data-driven approach has earned him many accolades, such as the Best of HomeLight Award 2018, which placed him in the top 5% of agents nationwide. In 2020, he was named a HomeLight Elite Agent, which is only awarded to the top 1% of agents in the nation. This designation allows his sellers to trade in their houses when moving up or downsizing and gives his buyers more negotiating power with the ability to make all-cash offers. Always an early adopter who stays on the leading edge, Anthony has also partnered with Harcourt’s Auctions, an elite auction house for non-distressed homes that boasts a 31% higher success rate and 6-8% higher prices than the MLS.

Anthony’s broad range of experience, vast professional network, and in-depth knowledge of the economic principles that drive real estate sales have placed him in the top 1% of San Francisco agents since 2005. Not surprising, as the San Francisco native has been honing his seemingly innate talent since he was a child. Anthony first learned about real estate from his parents, who were successful investors, and has long maintained a thriving national personal real estate portfolio. Though he specializes in luxury properties and investments, Anthony has guided hundreds of Bay Area buyers, sellers, and investors to success in all markets.

Outside of real estate, Anthony devotes time to his two daughters. He named Harper after his eldest because of her exuberance and passion for life — two qualities they share. When not with his family or clients, Anthony volunteers with San Francisco Seals Soccer, an organization that provides opportunities to young players from all economic backgrounds. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from UC Berkeley.
