Anthony was able to get an excellent offer on our house in Colorado in just eight days, and ultimately a sale, just prior to the Federal Reserve raising interest rates by .75%. The housing market was starting to soften. He maintains an extensive social media contact list and after we left Colorado was able to bring in contractors to fix minor problems, one for the buyer and one for an FHA loan representative. Even better, we were able to close on the contract without having to return from our home in Kentucky by using an electronic notary and documents. When our movers packed our only vacuum cleaner toward the front of our moving van, Anthony vacuumed several areas that had been under furniture. He was extremely responsive via text and email, and I highly recommend him should you need a professional realtor for either buying or selling.

Got a referral from a lady at work for Anthony. I needed to sell my house fast and at a fair price. I called Anthony and he answered the phone right away and was ready to work. He came over that night viewed the property and had the comps the next morning and had my house on the market and showings set up. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with.
