Anthony Polakoff

Anthony entered the real estate industry in 1995 and has since been involved in nearly every aspect of the business. He started his career in property management and quickly built a significant rental portfolio of single-family homes in the Baltimore area. He has worked with rehabbers, and investors, and has been a buyer or a seller himself in hundreds of successful real estate closings. With decades of experience in all aspects of complex real estate transactions, Anthony proves to be an excellent resource for his clients. In 2018 Anthony decided to shift his focus to representing buyers and sellers of luxury properties in and around Baltimore. Having spent almost his entire life living in Baltimore there isn’t a neighborhood he isn’t familiar with, and his network of personal and professional connections is extensive. Anthony puts his clients at ease and they know they are being professionally represented. He values communication and knows that it is essential to a smooth transaction. Anthony lives in Hunt Valley with his wife and two school-aged children. When he's not working he most enjoys spending time with his family.
