Born and raised in Baltimore, Tony comes to Cummings & Co Realtors after a 30+ year corporate career with a national marketing services firm. As the VP of Operations – Marketing Services, Tony managed client support functions involving the data management & direct marketing needs of some of the largest financial institutions, healthcare providers and insurers in the US.
His method of conducting business begins with servicing the needs of the client with an open and honest approach, while delivering value added results for his clients that translates their vision into positive outcomes.
Living continuously in the area Tony always maintained an interest in the Baltimore area real estate market. In 2009 he partnered part-time with a local real estate developer by providing real estate investment funding for residential property redevelopment. He enjoyed the experience so much that in 2012 he founded Charm City Design & Development and began focusing on real estate investing & development full time. Charm City Design & Development (www.ccddllc.com) is a full service provider of residential property redevelopment with the goal of ensuring clients “Love Where They Live”.
The depth of Tony’s experience gained acquiring, renovating / restoring and selling homes serves his clients well in today’s real estate market. His knowledge & experience includes: providing superior levels of client service, real estate investing, buying and selling real estate in local markets, financing real estate transactions, renovating & restoring historic homes, a network of resources within municipal agencies, as well as the first-hand experience & knowledge of the residential home redevelopment and home construction industry.
