I am an inexperienced first time homebuyer and Toni spent so much time helping guide me through the process. She listened and learned exactly what I was looking for and regularly sent home prospects based on my preferences, thoroughly explained the entire process, fought for me tooth and nail during due diligence negotiations, offered sage advice on home repairs and recommended contractors if I didn’t have any. Toni went above and beyond in what I expected from a real estate agent and I could not recommend her more if a homebuyer is looking for someone to truly advocate for them during the home purchasing process. 10/10!

My husband and I had the best experience. Toni was very professional, sweet, and helpful. Toni listened to everything we wanted in our home and more. She made sure we were happy with every decision. You could tell she is really passionate on what she does. She also walked us through every step of the way, until the end for our closing. which was so nice of her to do! Carlos , Toni and crew did a great job on installing fence posts and gate. We only had them do this portion of fence due to personal finances. The job was done in 4 hours as promised. Very happy with they crew and would highly recommended them for all your fence needs.
