Antonio is a professional, but he is a lot more. Antonio helped me to purchase 17 years ago! The property and the deal worked seamlessly. I needed to sell my current home to upgrade to where I live now. Antonio referred me to a great agent to help me sell my house while he focused on assisting me on the new purchase. He was patient and very supportive. To this day, Antonio is not a Real Estate agent I knew in the past, Antonio is family! If you have an opportunity to work with Antonio, don’t pass up the opportunity!!!

Can't say enough about Antonio. Any time I had a question or a concern, Antonio was quick with his response. He is resolution focused and only had my and my Wife's interest at heart. He was with us from December until May and fought for us during our many offers.

Antonio is an amazing Real Estate Agent. He helped us tremendously when we really needed help. We had to sell our home while living out of the continent. Antonio truly went above and beyond what was required from him. He even sacrificed his own personal time to fix a couple of things that needed to fixed before the house was sold. He was persistent in making sure that I complete all the paperwork that I needed to complete in order to make this sale happen. He negotiated the best price we could get for our townhome and sold it in record time when we really needed to sell it quickly because of the financial burden that keeping an empty house meant for us. Thank you, Antonio, for your amazing work! I highly recommend him! If we would ever return to Virginia from Hawaii, (which I am not planning on) I would definitely pick Patrick to be my Real Estate Agent again.
