Antonio aka Tony was the consummate professional during our entire Real Estate process. He was our selling agent for a property in Castro Valley and also represented us for the purchase of another property in the Oakland hills. I believe his personality and professionalism is what prompted the sellers to accept our contingent offer, which is very rare. He personally assisted us get our CV home ready. He does not mind pushing up his sleeves and jumping in to help. Our home sold in record time, with only 1 open house . He also ensured that the home was seen via beautiful pictures and even a video of the home. He has great contacts for just about anything house related. Handymen, painters ,movers , window cleaners, electricians , loans etc... Tony also keeps you informed every step of the way. I can be demanding and he patiently worked with me and answered any question I may have had, even if I wanted to hear something every day. Thanks Tony for all you do. If you use his agency you will not be disappointed. Top notch service.

Antonio Matier is by far the best realtor I have come across in a very long time. He is very detailed in his explanations and explains things in basic terminology so that you can understand. He is extremely patient and doesn’t mind taking you back several times to a property that you are considering.
My personal experience this time was with the sale of a family 4-plex located at 4426 Penniman Ave in Oakland Ca. Antonio was awesome. He made the whole process seem flawless. It wasn’t overwhelming, we were able to sign documents electronically and didn’t have to stop in the middle of the day to fax anything. His team is very professional and very accommodating.
