She is a lucky charm!!!

The first house she showed me, I bought. The first renters she introduced, I rented my home.

She is very professional, cares a lot about her clients and goes above and beyond to cater to the client’s needs (sent me photos and videos whenever she passed by the home). She was supportive and present in person in every aspect of the home building process starting from purchase agreement to the closure.

I would highly recommend Aparna to all my friends, relatives and colleagues.

Wow! Shikha with Blossom Realty Group made buying our first starter home such a breeze! I was new to home buying and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Those stories became a reality for me as Shikha is the 4th realtor agent that I have worked with in the last 1 year and 2 months of my home-buying journey. Shikha was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She did not force us to make an offer that we were not comfortable with in the sellers’ market. She was honest and forthright- no games. Shikha is absolutely wonderful to work with.
