From start to finish April Baker was very professional.Our first conversation was I can help you with the process even if you don't buy a house with me . I was sent an email to attend a homeowners workshop January or February with paper work ready to start my process. Let's just say Iam a proud homeowner as of 6/2022. The road was not easy but with April and her team she sealed the deal. On closing day the seller my realtor and title company all had on the same color I thought that was really cute 😍 I'm saying if you serious about becoming a home owner Holla @ your Gurl April Baker the deal breaker

She also fought for me to get things I didn't realize I needed like the seller credit or the first time buyers class that actually help me with finding grant.. I love her spirit and she made me feel more like a friend than a sale..

First and foremost April is a wonderful person. When I first met her, she “LISTENED” and then responded with I would get you guys in a house and let me tell you she didn’t disappoint!!
