We have used April several times. She helped us sell 2 of our homes and buy 2 homes. She helped my son purchase his first townhome immediately after Covid. She sold my daughter’s home and helped them buy another.

Most recently, today, we closed on my mother in laws home. Start to finish 45 days!!

April has consistently gone above and beyond.

It took me a day, almost two, to sink in the personality of April Bartley. It is very rare to find in this day and age people with the kind of heart that April Bartley exhibited, especially in the real estate industry. She's very committed, dedicated, kind, friendly, and enthusiastic. She knows what she's doing and has people around her that can do almost anything you want done in your house. Her smile can make people want to work with her all the time. I call her my sister from another mother. I don't know if I've seen such lately in the real estate industry. She's a woman of integrity, she takes her work with people personally, and if you buy a home through April Bartley, you are having a wonderful experience of a lifetime. These are not flattering words, this is the truth. She takes you from zero to hero when you buy a house from her. She's multitasking and she does it well. I can go in and on, but you need to experience it for yourself so you can understand what I'm saying.

Buying a home is one of the most stressful experiences in life. There’s a complexity of emotion, anxiety, and many other feelings that define the process. In my experience I could not have asked for a better representative; from the very first conversation April took her time to get to know my situation, coming from a place of humility to educate herself on all factors.
