April Boyce

April studied business management at Baker University and later went on to earn her real estate license in 2024.Her and her husband have been local business owners in the area since 2016; which gives her a unique prospective on the real estate market and area housing trends that she is able to share with her clients so that they can make the best decisions for their real estate needs.
April and her family moved to Larue County, where they currently reside, in 2015. Being a “transplant” herself, she understands the stress, headaches and uncertainty involved in a relocation and takes a great deal of pride in helping to alleviate the stresses involved with relocation. She enjoys showing off the community that she has grown to know and love to potential new residents. Her current service areas include Hardin, Larue, Bullitt, Hart, Greene, Nelson and Taylor Counties in Kentucky.
April enjoys equestrian activities and takes great pride in striving to help other equestrians find the perfect home that will fit their needs. April and her husband Rick have a hobby farm in Larue County. She has two sons still at home, and a grown daughter who has given her three wonderful, perfect grandchildren.
