About April

In her role as Vice President, April Breig responsible for the management and sales of all residential single-family lots for Hubbell Realty Company divisions through New Home Site Realty. Breig brings over 28 years of real estate knowledge to the team and joined Hubbell in 2001.

Prior to her current role, she started her career at Hubbell as a legal assistant in the legal department, closing the single-family home lots. She then transitioned to Land Development selling single-family lots in addition to managing the Hubbell HOA portfolio as well as developing one of Hubbell’s first Conservation Communities. She has closed over 2,800 residential lots, making her an expert in her field.

Prior to Hubbell, Breig started her real estate career in 1996 while working for a local real estate firm in Ames, New Jersey and Chicago.
