April Cotney

April is an experienced realtor with a little over 13 years in the industry; eight of them were here in the metro Atlanta area alone. She loves to work with BOTH buyers and sellers!

Before joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, she honed her negotiating and marketing skills by focusing on representing Sellers as a Listing Agent on a prominent team.

Due to relocating for her husband's career, April has experienced first-hand what it takes to sell, pack, and unpack your home. Not to mention to assimilate oneself with an area. Tasks such as locating the local doctor/dental offices, schools, are not easy! Do not get her started on packing and hiring contractors! It takes a lot of "elbow grease" to hold it all together. April has experienced this firsthand on four separate cross-country moves over the past 23 years. Each one has availed her a unique perspective where she has more empathy and knowledge to assist her client's more effectively.
