My husband and I just purchased our first condo together. We started out with another realtor before working with April, and it was a pretty terrible experience. We received no guidance from this other person, which made things all the more difficult for us as first time home buyers. After terminating that contract, we met April. April completely turned our experience around and made it a wonderful time for us. She was friendly, warm, and available to help with all of our questions. Whenever there was a place we wanted to see she was very quick about getting us an appointment for a showing, which was crucial in this market. We ended up with a perfect home that we completely love! If anyone were to ask me for a realtor recommendation, I would 100% tell them to use April. If my husband and I ever need a realtor again we will definitely be calling her up!

April made the entire homebuying process seamless and enjoyable. Her goal, unlike others out there, is to make sure you get the home you want. She works all hours of the day staying in contact with you and the other entities involved in home buying. She was always making recommendations and getting things done. Being a first time Home buyer my wife and I couldn't imagine a better Agent that April. Her Professionalism and personality put her leaps and bounds above the others out there. I would absolutely work with her again in the future.
