April Floyd was born and raised in Philadelphia PA. She studied Business Administration at Lincoln University and graduated Suma Cum Laude in 2002. April began her real estate career by purchasing her first investment property at the age of 22. As her love of real estate grew she decided to obtain her real estate license in 2006. After receiving her license April worked under the top selling agent in Pennsylvania for further hands -on experience and knowledge. In 2013 April made one of the best decisions of her career by moving her real estate license to Sell Fast Realty where she currently is thriving as one of the top selling agents in the office.

In her free time April enjoys spending time with her husband, sons and daughter. She also enjoys reading, hiking and working out. Grateful for an amazing real estate team and family, April makes sure that new clients are well taken care of throughout the buying or selling process.
