Attentive to our needs, responsive to our calls, and genuinely cared about what we wanted out of a home. April was there for us every step of the way; asking questions from sellers and New Builds we would have never thought to ask, suggesting ways we could improve our home to sell quicker, and taking the lead in so many different areas it made for a smooth process. We honestly felt like we were her only clients.

We were trying to sell and purchase a home at a very difficult time in our life, and even thought about backing out because we felt it would just add more stress.
