Hands down, the best! Buying a home us stressful enough. In this case, I was selling and buying and everything had to be done the same day. My stress level was beyond infiniti..... April was absolutely amazing the whole time and with me for what seemed like every second. This all seemed very tricky to me and April just handled everything. I truly dont think this all would have happen without her. She was so dedicated, knowledgeable and went avove and beyond on everything. I simply love her! More than a realtor…a PARTNER!

As a new homeowner in a vacation / investment property in the Anna Maria Island FL area, we started off seeking a competent realtor. My wife and I had met April five or six years prior (when we were “just looking”), and she was very knowledgeable about properties and the area and generous with her time back then. She left a big impression on us. Her “serve you” not “sell you” approach was sooo appreciated! So much so, that we went looking for her when we were “ready”.

April is so much more than just a capable realtor. She has that rare quality of being a great ‘listener’ first. She heard us when we described our needs. She advised us well through all steps of our journey (from steps in the buy/ sell process to tips on property maintenance vendor choices. April didn’t just meet our needs…she anticipated them! By the end of our home purchase, my wife and I considered her a trusted “partner” and a friend.

For these reasons and more, I highly recommend April Green without hesitation. I just can’t imagine ever doing another real estate transaction in Central Florida without her expertise.

HIGHLY recommend April if you are looking for a realtor. April is incredible! April will fight for you and make you feel like a VIP regardless if you are buying a $5k house or a $50 MILLION house. April not only heard what we wanted, showed us what we asked to see, gave us her unbiased- honest opinions without ever trying to sway us, made sure we were being taken care of and getting the best experience possible.. but she also tended to our mental health. I would have made many bad decisions and had many break downs if not for this amazing lady! We recently used April Green to help us find the perfect beach condo in the Long Boat Key/Anna Maria Island area. In less than 30 days from when we first started searching, we had a purchase contract accepted on a condo in LBK that turned out to be just perfect for us. April is the consummate professional in all aspects of her job. She communicates extremely well, provides excellent insights/counsel based on her deep knowledge of and experience in the area, and manages ever little detail of the process for you so that you don't need to worry about it. She is not afraid to add a little push now and then when someone or something gets bogged down. This was particularly valuable to us as we were managing this entire process remotely. After the contract was accepted she did a fantastic job coordinating the efforts of the mortgage lender, the title company, the buyer's realtor and the condo association to ensure a timely and smooth closing. Her fantastic support did not end after closing, as she helped us find the trusted contractors we needed for cleaning, maintenance and renovations. She evened offered to manage contractor access to our condo so that work could take place when we were not available. Equally important to the competence she displays in her work is the way in which she goes about it. She is cheerful, easy going and makes the whole process fun. We now not only consider her our realtor for any future needs but our friend. Simply put, we cannot recommend April enough for your real estate needs!

April was an amazing! She helped us get our new condo in paradise. April was extremely patient as we figured out what we absolutely needed and was always available to show us new listings as they came up. Our process was made more difficult since we were in NJ unable to travel due to Covid 19.
