April Heim

April Heim is a lifelong resident of the Eastern Shore and has lived on Kent Island for over 30 years. She married her husband, Bobby, in 1989. April is a proud momma and has been heavily involved in the community. She has enjoyed volunteering and assisting whenever needed, such as being a Cheerleading Coach, Church Youth Group Leader, Team Mom, etc. These experiences have given her a chance to meet so many people, most of them evolving into good friends and customers.

Recent years she started training for Half Marathons and has participated in three so far. She is currently training with her daughter for two more scheduled this year. April's Biography would not be complete without mentioning that she is a Walt Disney World fan!

April LOVES being a Realtor and for 20 years has been dedicated in assisting Buyers and Sellers real estate dreams come true. She became licensed in 2001 and joined Rosendale Realty. Since that time April has gone above and beyond the standard licensing requirements and became an Associate Broker in 2006. Over the years she has completed continuing education courses certifying her as a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), NAR At Home with Diversity and NAR E-Pro Real Estate Technology. She has been involved with the local Board of Realtors, specifically as President in 2006 and a member of the Community Service and Professional Standards Committees. April was honored to be voted as Realtor of the Year by her peers in 2007.
