Founded in 1957 by my parents after relocating from Long Beach, Michigan City, Indiana, Newland Real Estate has deep roots in St. Thomas. As a family-owned business, my goal is to sustain our success for future Newland generations. With a legacy rooted in Newland Real Estate, I honed my expertise in the luxury real estate market of the US Virgin Islands. By 18, I became the youngest agent in the region, and over the past 40 years, I’ve earned respect for my unparalleled industry knowledge and experience.

I take pride in being the go-to broker for private islands under the US flag and premium commercial/residential listings. My focus is on connecting these unique properties with well-established individuals who value legacy and long-term investment. Buyers in this market often seek to create a lasting impact by owning their own property ensuring it remains a family treasure for generations.

Now that my son has joined the company, I am focused on building the Newland Real Estate Company to be a family business that will stay with us for generations. My mission is to maintain the high level of integrity and loyalty amongst our current and future clients through our growth.
