I just closed on my first house and couldn’t imagine going through the process with anyone else. April stuck with me after MANY house showings in the incredibly competitive Seattle market. She kept an eye out for what I wanted and was usually first to let me know what had just come on. She knew about an open house at the place I ended up buying and is quite literally the only reason I found it 💜💜💜. She was present at every milestone, from the inspection to the final walkthrough. She made this stressful process efficient and actually enjoyable. April has lived in Western Washington most of her life and knows this area. April was truly a pleasure to work with. Moving 2500 miles from Ohio to Olympia isn’t an easy task. Yet, I connected with April immediately. She took the time to understand my needs and was instrumental in narrowing my search options and neighborhood areas so we could find the perfect home. April used FaceTime, phone calls, texts, and a highly customized listings search website. I honestly felt like I was in Washington with April throughout the process. Once I arrived in Olympia to select a home, April was exceptionally organized and helpful. Deciding upon a home was a stress-free, enjoyable afternoon. April has a genuine touch and feel for this process, including all of the negotiations! I have three younger sisters and I felt like one of my siblings was opening the door for me and guiding me through this move.
