April was amazing! She's a professional, with heart! She genuinely cares about you and your family and finding you the PERFECT home. We are so fortunate to have met her and her husband, John. The communication was excellent. She never once failed to answer a call, email or text. She was on top of every detail and made closing a breeze. People say home buying is stressful, but I don't know what their talking about because April and John made it super easy and a very positive experience. I wouldn't just recommend her, I'd seriously insist on her!

This is from our experience selling. We are in the midst of buying right now. April is tenacious and doesn’t allow sellers to be pushed around. She has a great feel for what the market value of homes are and we were able to get an offer within 2 days on the market. She was able to get the buyers to work with us on the closing time (since we still had to move out). She is still helping us find a home to buy but has been a great experience all around.
