The awesomeness, all started when I informed Ms. April I was going to be there for 4 days in May to help me find a location/ house to live. Ms. April, took me to look at properties and different areas within 3 days. Ms. April was informative, patient and a trooper dealing with me. What I loved about Ms. April is her tenacity, which is very important. Ms. April went above and beyond throughout our entire process of getting our new home. Ms. April, was given what we were looking for and she executed accordingly. Ms. April, ensured no one took advantage of us nor waste our time.
So, my advice to anyone looking to relocate to San Antonio, is get in contact with Ms. April. Ms. April will definitely take care of you.

April was nothing short of being awesome to work with! She helped us purchase our new home and navigate a very challenging market to get the home we wanted. Communication was great and she always got back to us quickly. Additionally, she was very kind enough to pick up our keys and secure our home until we arrive in the area. If needed to buy or sell a home, she would be my first call.

April is phenomenal!! I rarely write reviews, but she was very supportive and informative during the process of selling my first home. April was flexible with a lot of unknowns on my part, but was really flexible and helped with SO many aspects of making sure we had a successful sale. We even changed our listing date multiple times on her and she was so gracious and flexible. Our house looked great with the home staging she provides. Being out of state during closing was not a problem at all. April has the perfect traits you want in a realtor friendly, warm, understanding but also responsive, direct and professional. April was AMAZING. As a prior service Air Force Veteran, she knew what we needed and helped us through every step of the way. She helped guide us to the right neighborhoods, schools, and resources. She knew how to quickly navigate the turbulent market and provided near 24 hours a day responses to questions! Even after moving in she was a wealth of knowledge for the skills we needed to fix up our home......just the best.....Highly recommend!

April stuck it out through the loooong haul. I contacted her more than a year before we finally got our house on the market. When we were ready to make it happen, she had the house staged and sold in three days. We closed in 1 WEEK. It was amazing. I think our heads were spinning so fast They may have popped off eventually. But April kept us focused and aligned through the whole process. She is who you NEED to help you sell your home.

Our experience with April was fantastic - we needed to move across the country in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, with a brand new baby and she helped us get it done. She helped us figure out which neighborhoods were best, walked us through the houses via photo and video, and made sure everything was done right. We are in the house now and very happy - thanks April!

April Rosado was knowledgeable, friendly, flexible and very professional. Our relationship started almost a year because it was a relocation from MD to TX. We worked a lot through email and phone but the distance did not have a negative impact at all in the process. She was prompt in responding to all my questions and concerns for months.

April took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a home and suggested homes in the area that fit our needs and taste. Her knowledge of the area and the market made all the difference. She was so receptive that she helped us find the perfect home in the perfect location in ONE day. Yes, ONE day of house hunting in San Antonio was enough.
