April Rose Ramirez understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction, it is a life-changing experience. That is why she has added Real Estate to her career journey. When she went through her own buying experience, the experience itself is what pushed her to take the necessary steps for her to earn her Real Estate License. April strongly believes that each and every home buyer or seller deserves the undivided attention, professionalism, and dedication, especially on one of the biggest moments and/or purchases of their lives.

April is a Wisconsin native, who called New York City her home for over fifteen years before she headed over to the other side of the Hudson and moved to Montclair, New Jersey. There she lived with her family for two years, before moving to Monmouth County, where she currently resides. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and received her second degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. All of her design background comes in handy for her clients marketing and staging needs, when they are ready to sell their home, and move on to a new chapter in life.

Many think of April as little yet fierce, and that is something she is proud of. She may be small but she is tough, where she will go the extra mile to help all her clients. Whether it is negotiating for a better price or helping her clients get all the documents in for the mortgage lender, April will do what it takes to sell client’s home or get them in the dream home that they deserve. Her first year in the business, she was awarded ‘Rookie of the Year 2019 in Volume’ at her last brokerage. April also earned NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® three consecutive years in a row. She guarantees that she, or a member of her team, will be with clients every step of the way, wholeheartedly.
