I have worked with April Shaver on a couple of occasions. She came highly recommended by two separate friends and several years ago, she advised me when I was considering horse properties. She is extremely knowledgeable in this specialized category of real estate and helped friends of mine acquire a beautiful horse farm. More recently, she listed and sold my neighbor’s house and found her a new perfect home. When the time came for me to list my home for rent, April immediately came to mind. April has been in the business for many years and knows the market inside and out. She was eager to jump in and help me in every way she could. She listened intently to my thoughts and concerns, was attentive to every detail, made excellent recommendations (pricing, etc.), and put together a well thought out and effective listing. Throughout the process, she skillfully maneuvered around the issues of my packing and preparing to move. She screened several applicants and presented the pros and cons of each. When we found the most qualified applicant, April handled all the details and took care of everything once I moved out of state. She was always available and promptly addressed all aspects of the transaction throughout the process.
