April was awesome to work with! When we were choosing a realtor, we noticed immediately that April was very articulate and knowledgeable. She was able to quickly assess the house, help us decide on a sale price, schedule the photographer and get it on the market rapidly. She understood the unique situation the real estate market was in and had a grasp of how our house for sale would fit into the overall market. We listed it and had multiple very good offers on day 1. It sold above asking price immediately. April was able to easily navigate us through the selling process and the closing. We have bought or sold several houses over the years and this was truly our best experience.
