April worked with several municipalities throughout North Carolina, including the City of Wilmington as Housing Development Coordinator, responsible for addressing and monitoring housing code violations in the City. In November of 2009, April received her EcoBroker® certification. As an EcoBroker® designated agent, she received additional training on energy and environmental issues that relate to real estate transactions.
