Apryl Jolas

Dallas has been home to Apryl for over 30 years. After graduating from Richardson High School, she attended SMU. She and her family still live near campus.

After graduating from SMU with a degree in Accounting, Apryl worked in the corporate world before staying home to raise her three children. When her youngest child went to kindergarten, Apryl had an opportunity to work with a home builder. She began coordinating small renovation projects, but within two years, she was managing full-scale new home construction.

Her "Why" is "to help others." "That has been the case in all of my recent endeavors. In building, I wanted to help the builder provide better service. I identified ways to be more efficient and help manage client expectations. As a result, he became more engaged and less frazzled, and the experience was much less stressful for the client. In real estate, I feel like it is a similar thing – I can help navigate this exciting, but stressful time. I work hard to understand the client's goals and to be an advocate for them to realize their dream."

Apryl is a natural nurturer, but a savvy and sophisticated professional. She can read situations well and prides herself on "thinking outside the box." Consequently, she brings compassion, knowledge, and patience to each transaction. Her clients will benefit from her loyalty, work ethic, effectiveness, and motivation.
