Ara Koubeserian

Ara has enjoyed actively selling in the real estate industry for over 45 years in pretty much all aspects of the field. Prior to joining the Coronado Shores Co. in 1986 he took part in selling several new residential developments in the south bay as well as the massive sale out of the 600-unit condominium conversion project at the Marina City Club Towers in Marina Del Rey. In 2005 Ara teamed up with Yvonne Barnum and acquired the Coronado Shores Co. from then owner Richard Maitland who headed the sales team of re-sales once the initial sale out was completed by Jerome Snyder, the original developer. He and Yvonne sold the company in 2017.

Growing up in the business and following Ara’s footsteps his son Ryan joined him in 2006 and in 2017 they launched the Koubeserian Group forming the transition into the ideal father and son team and combining over 60 years of experience together. Ara and Ryan specialize in representing both buyers and sellers in coastal properties thru out San Diego County.
