Archie Wayne Morse

Archie ``Wayne`` Morse is an accomplished realtor with over 30 years of experience in sales and as a contractor. Wayne along with his wife Ellie, who is also a realtor and has over 20 years’ experience as a real estate transaction coordinator, together make a compelling duo to see you through your real estate transaction making your experience seamless and easy. Wayne is also an accomplished musician having performed internationally. He enjoys playing music in his spare time and is still involved in the music industry through fellowships from his travels.

Growing up in East Sacramento and Elk Grove, Wayne is well rooted within the community. The Morse family has been farming and living in Elk Grove for over 150 years. The Morse legacy continues to carry on throughout the Elk Grove community, notably Morse Elementary, Morse Park and the Morse-Wackford Aquatic Complex.

Wayne would love to live in a world where Real Estate contracts were one page long, every offer was accepted, all his listings sold above asking price and it rained ice cream but that's not reality.
