Arelis is also a partner in a general contracting company focused primarily on investment properties, enhancing her experience dealing with local building departments, engineers, and architects. Having built several properties and invested in and sold over thirty personal properties, her clients can benefit from a wealth of insider knowledge and expertise. Originally from Puerto Rico, she spent her teen and young adult years in Old Brookville. NY. Initially, she managed the public relations department for one of the largest non-profit child welfare organizations in of New York. She also worked in business administration and management in the retail food industry. She is bilingual in Spanish and English, and conversant in Italian. For fun, she enjoys dancing, boating, fishing, and testing her skill at poker, blackjack, and dominoes.
