Arend Accola

Arend Accola is a founding partner and currently serves as the President/Managing Broker for all Altos Realty Advisors, Inc. branches (Denver, SF Bay Area, and Des Moines, IA). Since 2006, Altos Realty Advisors, Inc. formerly Compass has been responsible for the management of over 1,500 units across the SF Bay Area, Denver Metro, and Des Moines markets. Altos' current management portfolio has a value in excess of $650 million. In addition to overseeing Altos' real estate management portfolio, Arend is responsible for the oversight of all real estate brokerage activities. Altos has successfully assisted investors in acquiring over 100 investment properties since 2011 with a total asset value in excess of $200 million. Altos currently has over 20 employees and is growing at a fast pace. Arend is currently working on the continued expansion of operations in the Denver and Des Moines markets as well as overseeing all brokerage activities in the SF Bay Area market.
