I could not say enough nice things about Arian. He was everything I would have wished for in an agent; responsive at all hours, helpful, honest, and with us from the beginning until the absolute very end of the process. When we first began to look for a home we were lucky to meet him. He allowed us to explore the property without making us feel any pressure but was quick to answer any questions we had and was casually knowledgeable in a way that made my wife and I feel comfortable about moving forward with him. He also was kind enough to entertain our concerns without making us feel uninformed (even though we were) and was quick to be understanding about our nerves with the purchase while also expertly prodding us along without ever making us feel unduly pressured. Now we own a beautiful home and couldn't be happier. If you are looking for a home I hope you are lucky enough to be working with Arian, or at least someone half as good as he is!
