Ariana Jo

Ariana is a New Englander with a Southern heart. Born and raised in Connecticut, she began her journey to the south when she moved to the DC area after completing high school. She lived in Maryland, Virginia and North & South Carolina. Residing in Wilmington, NC, Ariana loves the mix of historic and beach cultures.

Ariana earned a Bachelor's Degree at George Mason University and has over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry. Discovering her passion for real estate when launching her real estate career with Top Producing Long & Foster Mclean agent Laurie Mensing in Northern Virginia.

Continuing her real estate career in Wilmington with Intracoastal Realty, Ariana is a team player with passion for helping people. Always placing her clients first, she places emphasis on listening to people’s needs, wants and wishes to help them through one of the largest purchases or sales of their lives. She knows providing information to her clients allows them to make great decisions regarding their real estate needs.

Ariana has a wide array of interests. She enjoys traveling and pretty much all outdoor activities including running, kayaking, biking and softball! She is actively involved in the community through her church and as a volunteer for American Cancer Society.
