Ariel Cosgrove

Ariel’s passion is using a hands-on approach, the highest level of service, and her vast local network, to create simple and streamlined home transitions for her clients. What grants her a distinct edge enables her to go beyond when serving clients, is eighteen years combined real estate and financial services experience in her local environment. Having held a Vice President position at local community banks, her customer care background as well as certifications in commercial and consumer lending and credit analysis through the American Institute of Banking put her in the unique position to fully understand all aspects of the real estate transaction and change her client’s bottom line. A Chester County native and lifetime resident, she currently lives in the Borough of West Chester where she enjoys giving back to the community where she grew up and attended college and raising her two daughters Charlie and Halei. She loves this community and supporting the incredible locally owned restaurants, shops, and businesses that make their area so special. She knows that no single approach is the right one for every individual and her unique ability will help craft the right approach for her clients to make their home transition, simple.
