Oh man. I don’t think there are enough words to accurately describe Ariel. I approached Ariel about buying a home almost 6 months ago, knowing I wasn’t quite ready, but also knowing that at any moment, I could be ready. We had a few open and honest discussions about what I wanted versus needed and she hit the ground running. She explained all of the different scenarios, experiences she’d had as both a realtor and home buyer, and walked beside me through all of it. I was open and honest about each house/property I saw and she told me that when I walked into THE place, I would know. And that’s exactly what happened.

I am so thankful for Ariel’s experience, her knowledge, her willingness to be 100% real with me, and having her in my corner for this was the best move I could have ever made.

I’ve dealt with an array of real estate agents and Ariel is top tier. If you have a question, she’s going to answer it. If she doesn’t know the answer, she’s going to help find it for you. We sold and bought a house with her guidance. During that time someone backed out of the offer and I thought I was going to lose my mind. Luckily Ariel is a professional and walked us through the process and we had the house under contract again after a few days. LISTEN, she actually cares about her clients and helps as much as she possibly can. I will continue to refer her to all of my family and friends.

I highly recommend Ariel! Literally less than a month after telling Ariel we were interested in moving, she negotiated an accepted offer on our new home for *under* list price and also got us multiple offers *over* list price on the house we were selling. I’m not sure you can ask for a better experience than that. Ariel is a great advocate for her clients, offers thoughtful advice, and is very accommodating. If you’re looking for a realtor to help you with buying or selling your home, Ariel is the obvious choice!

Ariel was an amazing realtor who really got to know us and guided us on purchasing our first home. She gave us really great advice on topics we were not educated on. She made time to show us tons of homes, wrote up 13 competitive offer letters, encouraged us when we were feeling defeated by the market and celebrated with us when our 13th was accepted. This market is insane but she got us a great deal on our home and we already have equity built into it. We’re glad we interviewed our realtor options and chose Ariel.

Home buying is easily one of the most stressful things in the entire world, unless you have an incredible realtor and team. While finding a home in the current market was tough with all the different bidders, Ariel always made us feel so calm through the process. She also helped sell our previous home. Between buying and selling, she made sure we were educated and understood everything happening the entire time, was incredibly easy to contact and respond, and when we actually had to close on both homes- it was a breeze! She's fun, bubbly, and insanely smart (in general but especially for all things realty). We now own our absolute dream home thanks to Ariel and couldn't be happier.

If you need an Agent in the KC area, Ariel is one of the best. She is always super easy to get a hold of, has a very good understanding of the KC market and you can tell she truly wants the best for her clients. I did some research on (out-of-area) investor friendly realtors and came across Ariel. From the first time we spoke she was extremely helpful and always made herself accessible. She has all the right tools for out-of-area investors and made the entire process super easy even from halfway across the country!!! I can't speak enough about her resources and customer service. Many times she was more of a confidant to me than a realtor. I would highly recommend Ariel to anyone looking to buy a home.

I’ve been in the market for a short while and I feel like I’m being a bit of a challenge finding what I want. Ariel has made me feel like my odd requests are reasonable and keeps providing me with homes that meet my criteria. Basically I’m a pain in the butt and she’s still doing everything she can to help me out. That’s a pretty big deal considering how big of a deal buying a home is to me. She’s great and you need to chat with her if you’re in the market.
