Ultimately her swift turnaround to draft and submit my offer along with her strong lender’s reputation to close quick assured my offer was accepted out of numerous other offers the seller had on the table.

Throughout the inspection process she recommended reputable contractors and negotiated very well on my behalf to ensure all concerns were addressed.
