Arielle Dorman joined Kidder Mathews in 2010. Arielle specializes in the sale of multifamily assets and development sites throughout the Puget Sound region. In 2013, Arielle partnered with Bruce Peart, Senior Vice President of Kidder Mathews. Within the past 15 months, they have listed and sold multi-family assets and development sites totaling over $135 million.
Arielle focuses on representation of multifamily owners in property dispositions and buyers in property acquisitions in the Puget Sound. Consultation services are also provided for asset valuation, buy-sell, and market analysis. This expertise combined with her strong academic and professional background in marketing and economics provide a balanced, professional service for her clients.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Arielle worked for Kidder Mathews as a summer analyst for multifamily acquisitions and dispositions while pursuing her degree and CCIM designation. This opportunity strengthened her knowledge in financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis. She completed market analysis and financial analysis that assisted the team in over $200 million in multifamily transactions in the Puget Sound region.
