Arin Hayden

Arin comes from a construction management background and has significant knowledge of buildings and maintenance needs. Prior Construction employment for a large building company is an integral part of Arin’s expertise and ability to trouble shoot and solve issues on any site. Maintenance and improvement is the key to the success of a property and Arin’s experience and knowledge are a key part to his success.

He has been managing properties since 2008, and specializes in sales and leasing of apartments, condominium management and commercial property management and believes the client always comes first. Arin’s portfolio of properties consists of numerous apartment buildings, commercial properties, multi-family units and a large condominium association.

Arin is a Certified Community Association Manager in the state of Connecticut (CMCA) and excels at property management, sales and leasing. He also is an active member at Bnai Torah in Trumbull, and “Mensch with a wrench.” Interests include golf, rock climbing and skiing. He and his wife Dayna have twin boys, Eli and Logan.
