Mrs.Davis-Slagle is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Investor, Business Developer, Media Relations and Marketing extraordinaire. Drawing on over 25 years of real estate leadership, international real estate pre construction, residential and commercial real estate sales. She has emerged as a respected Global Real Estate Professional and Leader throughout South Florida, Europe, Asia, Dubai, The Caribbean and The Americas.
Mrs. Davis-Slagle’s entrance into international business was not by accident. Raised by military parents residing in Asia and undergoing travel to various countries, she quickly recognized the importance of international relationships in business. Her enthusiasm, embracement of cultural diversity and academic excellence, allowed her to be chosen one of Florida’s Top African American business students attending Florida Memorial University. In 1990 she represented Florida and Florida Memorial University at America's first, "African American Summit" in Ivory Coast West Africa. Since that time Mrs. Davis-Slagle has served clients in over 20 countries as a Personal Banker and Credit Manager for Citibank, Business Developer, International Real Estate Sales, Foreclosure Specialist for Homeplus Solutions, Advertising, Marketing and Media Relations Director for Supra Telecom and REO and distressed property sales with Pinnacle Realty Associates. Currently, she is an instrumental team member of Realty Home Advisors Int’l where she focuses on residential and commercial real estate, global sales, homes for veterans, leadership for Miami, NAR and Florida Realtors Directorships.
In recognition of her successful endeavors, she received the Citi-Group Chairman’s Award, Supra Telecom’s CEO Award and in 2022 & 2023 the Top Performer award from Realty Home Advisors for her contributions to the Real Estate Industry. In 2023, she received Broward-Miami Realtors Community Advocate of the Year. In 2024 she was profiled in Palm Beach Real Producers Magazine Celebrating Leaders Article, as a Trail Blazer in Leadership.
Mrs. Davis-Slagle holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration, Associate's Degree in Radio & Television Broadcasting, and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. She has achieved over 18 various Real Estate Designations and Certifications. In addition to her extensive real estate education and her experience as an investor, she is able to meet any needs of her clients. She is member of the Miami Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, Canadian Board of Realtors, Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. She is the Chair of the Real Estate Business Institute Member Engagement committee, member of Miami Realtors Grievance and Professional Standards Committees, NAR’s Certified International Property Advisory Board, Florida Realtors Global Business Committee, and Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC) where she advocates for homeownership, industry causes and is Florida legislative key contact.
As of January 2024, she holds positions as a Broward-Miami Realtors Board of Governors, third term Florida Realtors Board of Directors and NAR Board of Directors. A Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Mrs. Slagle frequents Dubai, North, South, and Latin America, Europe and Asia developing relationships and enhancing knowledge of international real estate projects. For over 30 years she’s been a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where she’s passionate about serving the community and personally hosts an annual fundraiser to help those in need. Ms. Davis-Slagle is also a Life Member and proud Alumni of Florida Memorial University where she serves the Palm Beach County Chapter.
