Arlena Clausi

After retiring from law enforcement in 2013 as a detective, Arlena began growing her real estate business. As a third-generation resident of Williamson County, there are few agents who are familiar with the real estate climate as much as she is. She has worked her way through the industry, learning all the ins and outs, and gaining the skillset needed to ensure her clients always get the best delegation in the process of buying and selling.

Arlena can sit here and tell you she has strong negotiating skills, local market knowledge, and so forth-and of course, she does-but one thing she wants to share with you, the thing that is the most important tool she can provide you in your home sale or purchase is her passion. She did not get into the industry to make money. She got into the industry because she fell in love with it. She fell in love with homes, the character each one had, and the beautiful people she got to help transition from one to another. Arlena fell in love with hearing people’s stories, really getting to know their needs for their futures, and focusing on ensuring you found a home that met those future goals. Real estate can be a stressful thing, moving out of a home you have known for years can be hard, and it can be harder if you don’t have someone to partner with who does not take the time to understand that.
