There are not enough superlatives to describe Arlene Bianco, my Real Estate Agent -She is simply the best in the business! I’ve used her for five transactions: selling the home where I lived for 40 years and raised my children, purchasing two investment condos, purchasing my daughter’s home, and lastly downsizing to sell another condo. In every transaction, she was knowledgeable about the area, spot-on in the pricing, firm and fair in the negotiations. In a difficult market, she is a soothing presence. When 4 contracts on a recent listing fell through one after another for reasons beyond our control, she maintained her good cheer and bolstered my confidence until she was able to secure the right offer and close the sale at an excellent price. Arlene leaves no stone unturned, surprisingly holding 43 Open Houses to make a sale. Her humor, patience and practical wisdom in all circumstances have won her a stellar and well-deserved reputation in Real Estate. She has deep knowledge of the industry and knows the people to call for staging, painting, inspections, and repairs. Over the years, she has become my friend -I’ve always felt that she had my best interests at heart and was determined to do everything in her power to achieve our goals. I recommend her services wholeheartedly!

I found Arlene to be a trustworthy, thoughtful, capable and consummate real estate professional. She’s helped my elderly parents over the years with their evolving real estate needs. I feel that her and I communicated well and she understood our concerns and goals. She definitely worked towards achieving them, even as our goals changed in this volatile market.

She and her team did what was asked of her. She has access to current market data and resources which were critical for making the best decisions. She is honest and works well with different personalities. Most important, I feel she worked in our best interests….Not always the case when you work with consultants, unfortunately.

I would definitely work with her again and highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

We LOVE Arlene!!!! I called her because I wanted someone who knew the areas we were looking to move to and she DID NOT disappoint. Arlene was so patient to make sure we found the house we wanted. She was always available to answer all our questions and always showed the most professionalism I have seen in a very long time. While working with Arlene on the sale of our parents' home, I quickly learned that Arlene is not only a wonderful realtor, she is also an amazing human being. Selling the home we grew up in was necessary, yet heartwrenching. Arlene was uniquely able to walk the fine line between negotiating the business aspects of the sale, while also keenly recognizing our emotional attachment. There was not one moment in which I felt I was "just a client" to Arlene. Throughout our experience, she seamlessly handled the business aspects of setting up appointments, bringing in clients, etc, while all the time keeping in mind how emotional the process could be for us. Along the way, Arlene helped us showcase our parents' home in a way which would have made them proud, and made my sister and I proud to have displayed on the Keller William's website. On the business side, Arlene was everything you could want in a professional. She set the price just right, immediately brought in qualified prospects and in less than a week, sold our home for $15, 000 over asking price.The fact that the couple were people my parents would have wholeheartedly welcomed into their home was a beautiful added benefit. All the way through Arlene gently guided us through the process and ended up making the entire experience both cathartic and rewarding.

I cannot stress enough the importance of having a compassionate professional like Arlene help with such an important decision! If only she were available to help with all of life's other decisions, I would hire her in a second! It was an absolute pleasure working with Arlene. This was my first experience selling a home and she helped me get through all of the little pitfalls that popped up. She did a great job keeping me focused on what needed to be done and when, which resulted in several reasonable offers on my home and a good closing. Arlene Bianco was recommended to me and I will be eternally grateful that she and Megan Dippolito, had the availability during this “sellers market” to add my house to their listings.

From the first meeting, when they came to just listen to my ideas about the future, ( because at the time I wasn’t quite sure what to do; COVID had left me without a job, and a lot of fear ), Arlene gave me options.

The joyful support, the laughter and breadth of our collective experiences, restored my confidence and gave me hope.

I set to work, painting, throwing out the old, unused nonsense out, looking towards a new chapter. Within 3 weeks, WE WERE READY.

I say “ we” because Arlene and Megan, helped me with so many details: documents, borough hall, certificates, reports etc. they are also experts in what are the standard codes for health and safety in today’s homes.

Within the first 24 hours we had offers because the house was priced “ right”! Arlene’s detailed research of my area and comparative analysis.

Arlene has been the best realtor I have found. During two of my home purchases she spend endless amounts of time to find me the right home. She did not let me settle for houses, very knowledgeable in pointing out issues in the homes, and straight shooter. She found me the homes that I wanted and sold one of my homes. She is knowledgeable in the business and tech savvy. Arlene is very responsible and punctual. I have known Arlene since 2008 when she first helped me to rent out my house in nearby Closter and then again in 2011. So when my wife and I were considering purchasing another property in 2015, she was the only realtor I reached out to. Over the next few years we looked at many houses in various towns in Bergen County but never settled on one that we liked. Throughout this years long search process, Arlene was always dedicated, responsive and insightful with market knowledge. This year we finally found a house that my wife and I liked and we were able to make a bid and close on the purchase. So Thank you Arlene for being so patient and amazing!
