We gave her our property at a time when the market was contracting, and she got to marketing it immediately with skill and resourcefulness. We sold the property and closed in two months. Arlene is thoughtful and truly cares about her clients and guides the process to accomplish what’s best for what they want. She’s honest and up front in setting expectations, and is knowledgeable enough to give advice but will still compromise to work with you. She hung in there with us and held out when we sold, passing on three offers before we got the full price plus some offer that we were looking for.
