Arlene Hourdajian

Experience began with being the youngest agent for the largest Realtor in New Jersey. (1978-1984) The busy Tri-State area (the closest suburbs to Manhattan) while interest rates hit an all-time high of 17 and 18% quickly educated Arlene in alternate and creative financing. Attending college part time while working a full time career & pursuing an education in finance.

When relocating to San Diego, Arlene entered into the Automotive business as a finance specialist. (1984-2001) Working as finance director, sales manager, finance manager and even automotive sales for San Diego’s most successful multi-line car dealerships for over 16 years. Actually achieving top Honda sales rankings and appearing in sales training films for Honda of North America.

Returning to real estate in 2002 with primary concentration as a mortgage specialist, Arlene worked on real estate sales by referral only. As the market place continued to change, the experience doing conservative lending in all aspects of Jumbo loans to Government backed VA or FHA loans put Arlene in a field few agents can match with expertise.
